Raimonda Kižienė appointed as the CEO and Chairwoman of Civinity group

Civinity, one of the largest residential and commercial facility management providers in the Baltic States, announced the appointment of Raimonda Kižienė as the group’s CEO and Chairwoman of the Board. The latter also welcomed two newly appointed executives – Gabrielius Morkūnas, Chief Financial Officer, and Erika Sirutytė, Chief Brand & People Officer.

The newly appointed Board includes four members: Raimonda Kižienė, Gabrielius Morkūnas, Erika Sirutytė, as well as Giedrius Eidimtas who continues his role as a Member of the Board.

The international Civinity group unites more than twenty companies specializing in residential, commercial, and public facility management, as well as the design and production of engineering systems. The group manages almost 6 million sqm of residential property across the Baltic states and serves a wide range of other facilities, including the USA Embassy, Akropolis shopping mall, and Citadele bank HQ in Riga, as well as NØRDIKA shopping valley and Lithuania’s only Hilton hotel in Vilnius, Švyturys-Utenos Alus breweries in Klaipėda and Utena, and other.

In 2019, Civinity’s consolidated revenues grew up to almost 45 million euros while the group’s EBITDA increased to 3.1 million euros. In 2020, the company plans to continue growing – Civinity’s revenues are anticipated to reach 52.6 million euros, EBITDA – up to 4 million euros.

Kižienė joins Civinity after eleven years of executive work at one of the largest business groups in the Baltic states Vilniaus prekyba. Throughout her carrier, she was the CEO and Chairwoman of the Board at Vilniaus prekyba and the international pharmacy retail and wholesale group Euroapotheca. She also was a Member of the Board at Akropolis Group, Maxima Grupė, and other subsidiaries of Vilniaus prekyba. R. Kižienė’s professional background also includes almost ten years of executive experience at one of Lithuania’s largest banks Swedbank.

Prior to joining Civinity, Gabrielius Morkūnas was the CFO and a Member of the Board at Maxima LT. He also used to work as the company’s Head of Planning and Analysis. Overall, G. Morkūnas holds almost ten years of executive experience in the finance area – he was the Head of Finance at a Qatari trading group Mannai Corporation QPSC, a Financial Analyst at the financial services and communications giant Western Union, as well as an Audit Senior at one of the Big Four accounting firms KPMG.

Erika Sirutytė holds more than 15 years of experience in employer branding and HR areas. Her professional background includes C-level positions in various retail, legal and other industries, including the positions of a Member of the Board and the Chief People Officer at Euroapotheca, as well as the Head of HR at the largest specialized legal team in Lithuania Ellex Valiunas, and the Lead for HR Services for Baltic states at Philip Morris International.
