Civinity strengthens its management team: new CBO, COO, CFO and CHRO on the board

Civinity, one of the largest residential and commercial facility management providers in the Baltic States, has announced the appointment of new top managers, including Chief Business, Operating, Financial and HR Officers.

Ignas Pranskevičius, a longstanding sale, customer support and product development expert, became the company’s new Chief Business Officer. Prior to joining Civinity Ignas worked in the energy segment for almost ten years. Amongst other, he was the Director of Service Division and a Member of the Board at Energijos skirstymo operatorius (ESO), as well as the Head of Project Management Division at LESTO. At Civinity, Ignas is responsible for the development of the group’s sales, customer support and new services.

Civinity’s new Chief Financial Officer is Linas Obuolevičius. His professional background includes executive experience in banking, retail, chemical and e-commerce industries. With almost 25 years in finance and commerce management, Linas used to work as the CFO at the largest e-shop group in the Baltic states Pigu.lt, he also was a Partner at an executive consulting company Verlo žvalgas. At Civinity, the new CFO is responsible for strengthening of finance planning and control, financial reporting and cash flow management.   

Saulius Vaičekauskas joins Civinity‘s international team as the new Chief Operating Officer. Saulius holds over 15 years of executive experience gained in the energy industry. He used to work as a Member of the Board and the Head of Network Operation Division, the Head of Operations and the Head of Power Supply and Accounting Division at various energy companies. At Civinity, Saulius is responsible for the improvements of service efficiency, service cost optimization and customer debt management.

Elvyra Vinikė is Civinity‘s new Chief Human Resources Officer. For already 15 years Elvyras has been working in such areas as personnel management, employee motivational system development and new team management practice development. Prior to joining Civinity Elvyra used to work as the Head of HR Group at one of Lithuania’s largest companies Achemos grupė, Compensation & Benefit Manager at Vilniaus šilumos tinklai and HR Business Partner at Energijos skirstymo operatorius. At Civinity, Elvyra is responsible for the development and implementation of a new HR strategy, as well as raising the efficiency of HR processes and improving employees’ engagement.
