Civinity appoints Dalia Andrulionienė as its new CEO
Dalia Andrulionienė will lead Civinity, one of the largest residential and commercial facility management providers in the Baltic States, as its new CEO and a Member of the Board starting 5th of November. The new CEO will be responsible for implementing the group’s new strategy, development of services for private and corporate customers, customer support improvement and consolidation of group companies.
Civinity is one of the largest residential and commercial facility management providers in the Baltic States. The group includes over 20 commercial and residential management companies, including the recently acquired commercial facility manager Statinių priežiūra and engineering system solutions provider Dizaja. Uniting a team of almost 1500 professionals, Civinity manages over 5 mln sq. m. of residential and commercial objects. In 2017, the group’s annual revenues reached 38.8 mln euro.

Prior to joining Civinity, D. Andrulionienė was leading Energijos skirstymo operatorius (ESO) as CEO and Chairperson of the Board. She also used to hold positions of a Member of the Board at Lietuvos Energija and LESTO, as well as other executive positions in various publishing and insurance companies.
